A dossier with several documents
A contract and its annex, one notice, one entry, one signature per document. Underneath they are two documents like any other, tied together by the dossier.

Prepare the two documents
As always: each one is uploaded and prepared with its own fields and signature places. Nothing new here. In Documents Walter selects the two drafts.

One dispatch for both
He chooses Send together as a dossier. The participants, the route and the identity policy are set once and hold for both documents. The documents go in signing order. One box decides what happens if someone declines: it is ticked by default.

One notice, one link
Pepe gets a single email with a single personal link. There are not two notices and not two links. The notice says how many documents the dossier holds.

The link is personal. You will sign each document separately.
Prove who he is, once
Pepe opens the link and proves who he is a single time, for the whole dossier. From then on he is not asked again between one document and the next.

The usual signing page, with a bar that shows where he is in the dossier. He sees this document, accepts it and signs it. If the signature uses his own certificate, the PIN is asked for each document.

He chooses Next document and lands on the second one without proving who he is again. Same gesture: read, accept, sign. When he signs it, his part of the dossier is done.

Follow the dossier
In Documents the dossier is one row with its two documents under it. Its status comes from theirs: complete, in progress, partial or cancelled. When it is complete, Walter can use Download dossier package, one zip with what each document leaves.

What stays: one record per document
Each document keeps its own evidence and its own sealed completion report. The report names the dossier and the other document by its fingerprint. Each PDF is worth by itself: anyone can check it without the other one and without us.
