Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. The service
Signing Flows is an electronic signature service operated by not configured yet (not configured yet) at not configured yet. It lets an organization or an individual upload documents, send them to people to approve or sign, collect those signatures by consent or with a digital certificate issued by a trust service provider, and keep the signed document together with its evidence record. The service itself is not a trust service provider: identity verification and digital certificates are provided by the trust service providers that the organization chooses, and time stamps by the timestamp authorities configured for this installation, each under its own terms.
2. Accounts
An organization account is created and administered by its administrators, who are responsible for the people they invite, for the roles they grant and for the use their members make of the service. An individual account is personal and belongs to one person. You must give accurate contact details and keep your sign-in credentials safe; anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you until you tell us otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, to forge or misrepresent a signature or an identity, to send unsolicited messages, to upload content you have no right to use, or to interfere with the service or with other accounts. We may suspend an account that does.
4. Your documents
The documents you upload and the data entered into them remain yours. You grant us only what we need to deliver the service: to store them, show them to the people you choose, apply signatures, seals and time stamps to them, and produce the evidence record and completion report. You are responsible for having the right to use their contents and to send them to the people you send them to.
5. Signatures and their legal effect
The service records who signed, when, how they identified themselves and what exactly was signed, and seals the result. Whether a given signature meets the legal requirements of a given place or purpose depends on the law that applies, on the mechanism you chose (consent, or a certificate from a given provider at a given assurance level) and on your own process. The organization chooses the mechanism for each document and each signer; the service does not give legal advice.
6. Plans, quotas and fees
What an account can do and how much it includes is stated in its plan, visible in the account's plan sheet. Use beyond what the plan includes is metered per act (for example signatures, messages, time stamps, storage) at the prices of the price list that applies to the account, or is stopped at the plan's limit, as the plan sheet says. Prices are available on request from not configured yet. Fees are invoiced and paid as agreed with the operator.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and publish what it does and does not do today at /status. Unless your plan says otherwise, we do not promise a service level, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. Support is reached at not configured yet.
8. Third-party providers
The service relies on providers you or we choose: trust service providers, identity providers, messaging and email providers, hosting, and, where you configure it, your own document storage. Their availability and their terms are theirs; we are not responsible for a signature or a notice that a provider fails to deliver. When a provider reports such a failure, the service shows it and records it in the evidence record; an email counts as delivered or undelivered only when the email delivery provider reports it back.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its software, its documentation and its brand belong to the operator or its licensors. These terms give you no right in them beyond using the service.
10. Ending the service
You may stop using the service at any time. Before an account is closed you can export its documents, their evidence and its activity from the service or through its API. After closure, data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service for an account that breaches these terms, with notice where the circumstances allow it.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by a third-party provider, or for loss caused by the content of a document or by the way an organization uses the service; and the operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the account for the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy, which is part of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of not configured yet, and disputes are brought before its courts, unless a mandatory law gives you another forum.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are notified to organization administrators before they take effect.
