HOW IT WORKS · WALKTHROUGH 3 OF 6
The quorum: three of five sign
A board, a council, an assembly: it is enough that N of M sign, and the rest are recorded as no longer needed.
Sketch of the screen, not a capture. Screen labels appear exactly as the product shows them.
Five signers and a quorum
Ana adds five signers, chooses All at once, the same document and, in the step header of the flow, next to Needs, picks 3 of 5.
All five get their link at once
With all at once, nobody waits for anyone: each person can open the document and sign in any order.
Two sign
The plan of the document says any 3 of 5 must sign. Two signatures are in, one more is needed.
The third signature completes it
Director C signs. The document completes at that moment, with the signatures it asked for, and shows as Signed.
Their signature is no longer required
The signers panel shows Not needed for them. If they open their link, the page tells them the document already has all the signatures it needs.
Your signature is no longer needed. The required signatures for this document are in. Nothing else is asked of you.
What stays: who signed and why not the rest
The completion report says who signed, who did not and why it was not needed. Nothing stays pending forever.
Not needed: the step already had the signatures it asked for
